Army Good Conduct Medal

While not a true Service Medal it was award to enlisted men for exemplary behavior after 3 years of service.First authorized on 28 June 1941.  This medal is named to John R. Allison.

Medal for Humane Action

Authorized on 20 July, 1949 this medal was for service members with extended duty supporting the Berlin Airlift between26 June 1948 and 30 Sept 1949.

Navy Occupation Medal

Awarded to members of the Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard for service in occupied areas after WWII.  It was awarded for service in West Berlin until 1990.

Army of Occupation  Medal

For 30 or more days of consecutive service in occupied Germany, Italy, Austria or Japan.  The medal was issued continually for service in West Berlin for 45 years after the close of WWII.
